Each DNSBL has its own delisting process. Spamhaus requires you to fix the root cause first (stop the spam), then submit a delisting request at www.spamhaus.org/lookup. Barracuda has a self-service removal form. The tool provides direct delisting links for each listed DNSBL.

What is the difference between Spamhaus SBL, XBL, PBL, and ZEN?

Will being on a blacklist affect all my emails?

It depends on which DNSBL you're listed on and which lists the receiving mail server queries. Major blacklists (Spamhaus ZEN, Barracuda) are queried by most enterprise mail servers. Minor or overly aggressive blacklists may be queried by fewer servers. Gmail and Outlook primarily use Spamhaus and their own internal reputation systems.

Blacklist status is just one spam signal. Receiving servers also evaluate: content (spam trigger words), SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication failures, low sender reputation, high bounce rates, recipient complaints, and engagement metrics. Check your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration as well.
